In addition to new Hidden Pet Fence install packages, we provide services, repairs and dog fence training to existing and new customers. Regardless of which dog fence brand you have, we can service your system. What makes our professional dog fence equipment unique is that it is compatible with almost all other brands of pet fences, so if you are in need of replacement parts, we can help with that as well. Wire breaks
If your dog fence system is beeping, flashing, or you have had yard work done that has caused your fence to stop working, you may be in need of a wire break repair. When the control box is beeping or flashing (depending on the brand the alert can vary) this typically means there has been a disturbance in the wire. Our team makes this an easy fix with the right tools to find the disturbance, fix the break in the cable and connect everything back together. If certain sections of wire need to be replaced, we can take care of that as well. Before we leave, we will test all of your dog fence collars to ensure everything is in working order.
Layout changes
As your yard changes over the years and you add new dogs to your family, the goals you have for your hidden fence may also change. Maybe your dogs currently have access to your entire yard, but your new puppy spends all day barking in the front yard every time someone walks by. This is an easy fix, as our team can separate your current hidden fence wire into two sections, one front yard area, and a separate back yard area. If you let your dogs out of the back door, they would no longer be able to run up front to bark at everyone walking by. This would not require an entire new hidden fence wire installation, or even all new wire, we can simply reconfigure what you already have in most cases. A few more examples of popular layout changes include:
- Expanding the pet fence line if it doesn’t already include your entire property
- Moving the dog fence to exclude areas of the yard that get super muddy and wet
- Swapping from two separate zones to a full perimeter loop
- Conjoining your dog fence with a neighbor who also has a dog fence.
Garden loop installs
If you have any particular areas inside of your electric dog fence perimeter that you want to keep your dogs away from, our team can make that happen. We will install small loops in or around the areas that you want to keep your dogs out of, and when they get close to the area, their electronic dog fence collar will activate just like the fence around the perimeter of your yard. This can stop them from digging under the deck, eating mulch or poisonous plants, jumping in the pool, or getting too close to the fire pit. Our garden loops are truly customizable and can make your yard much more stress free, without worrying if your dogs are getting into something.
Collar replacements & upgrades
Whether your electric fence collar is no longer working or just old and outdated, we have compatible collars for nearly every system out there. We have small and lightweight dog collars with gentle spring contacts, which are huge upgrades from bulky collars with fixed metal prongs. Instead of pressing into their skin, our contacts have springs inside that move as your dog moves. These changes will make your dog’s experience on the electric fence much more comfortable. We also have a rechargeable pet fence collar option which will save you up to $100 per year by not purchasing batteries. We have compatible dog fence transmitter boxes for most electronic dog fence systems if yours is no longer working. Invisible Fence® Brand
We service Invisible Fence® brand systems and have compatible parts for nearly all systems. Over the years we have acquired many Invisible Fence® brand customers, as their local offices closed and all of their listed phone numbers route to a corporate office. The “local offices” listed on Google are non existent. The Tri Cities Invisible Fence® brand location is a residential home, and the Ballston Lake location is a closed office building. Google still lists business hours for these locations, but they are not open. This can lead to longer wait times and higher service rates once you are able to reach their corporate office. Our service rates and products are generally less expensive and we have much faster, local service.
Our pet fence collars are small, lightweight, and we have a rechargeable option which will save you over $100 per year by not ordering Invisible Fence® brand batteries. Our rechargeable collar lasts up to one month per charge. We also have gentle spring contacts on our collars instead of fixed metal probes, which makes ours much more comfortable for your dogs by putting less pressure on their skin.
